Coalition island spoof made by Saatchi
First of all: I love this website. It's a Temptation Island spoof on the political crisis our Belgian government is facing. You can create your own coalition negotiations in true Temptation Island style, featuring our top politicians. You can choose the protagonists, the location (e.g. "the Jacuzzi") and the text and the result gets displayed/published in a cartoon-like animation. Brilliant! I love the idea of creating interactive experiences driving on top of a "hot conversation" wave.
For some reason, the makers wanted this website to be anonymous. Pity for them is that the Internet is totally transparent. The website was registered by a certain Sigrid Ledegen (you can find this on DNS.be). This Sigrid turns out to be the wife of Erik Meylemans (as we learned through their family weblog http://juttameylemans.blogspot.com/). Erik Meylemans turns out to be the account director of Saatchi Brussels. And Saatchi Brussels turns out to be the agency of CD&V, the political party that is having a very hard time in bringing the coalition negotiations to a nice ending. It still doesn't make very much sense to me. Erik, if you read this, help me out. :-)

That news is soooo old... :-)
In fact the site was launched just after the election, long before the current troubles:

Looks like you've been away from Belgium a bit too long already ;-) Still kind of funny that it makes even more sense today.
