A debate on Reichheld's theory.
Written conversations called blog debates are always confusing. They lack the heat of an ofline passionate panel since participants on this virtual panel can disappear to never come back. Next to that it also takes time to think, to reply, to write, to go back and check whether your reply has been posted and/or read. And in the end ... you never know whether there was someone reading all this stuff.
